5YR updated information Dec 2015

Dear Colleagues,

Following my email to all Members of Personnel on 27th November detailing the current status of the 5-yearly proposals and developments which had received positive support from TREF delegates, I am very pleased to inform you that during the meeting of the Finance Committee on 16th December followed by yesterday’s Council meeting, all the Management’s proposals have received the support of the Member States and have been approved.

A public HR meeting will be held on 11th February 2016 which will include further details of these measures. The Administrative e-guide and HR website are currently being updated and you will be informed of their release in January, in a special article in the Bulletin dedicated to this subject.

I would like to extend a warm thank you to all the teams involved in successfully bringing this to completion in what has been an arduous task handled in an efficient, positive and constructive manner.
