5-yearly Review - Career structure measures

Follow the new performance management at CERN interactive e-learning module which focuses on the CERN Career Structure, Benchmark Jobs and the Merit Evaluation and Recognition Integrated Toolkit, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete.

Purpose:

  • Modernise policy, streamline resources and increase motivation.
  • Rationalise the career path structure and salary scale.
  • Ensure CERN long-term sustainability by containing costs.
  • Adapt to the Bologna process.

Measures:

All related amendments to SRR, Administrative circulars and Operational circulars as required, are in progress.
