What the team does

Learning and Development organises two career guidance workshops in collaboration with external providers.

Type of training

  • Workshop 1: “Assessing and managing your career options” (personal reflection, career, motivations, CV);
  • Workshop 2: “Stepping out… moving forward” (analysis of options for the future, understanding the external job market, extending one’s network, practising different interview scenarios).

In addition, one internal training course selected from the CERN training catalogue, or alternatively, granting of paid leave for attending a course outside the CERN training catalogue.
