5-yearly Review - Career structure measures

Follow the new performance management at CERN interactive e-learning module which focuses on the CERN Career Structure, Benchmark Jobs and the Merit Evaluation and Recognition Integrated Toolkit, and takes approximately 15 minutes to complete. (French version to follow in November).

Purpose:

  • Modernise policy, streamline resources and increase motivation.
  • Rationalise the career path structure and salary scale.
  • Ensure CERN long-term sustainability by containing costs.
  • Adapt to the Bologna process.

Measures:

All related amendments to SRR, Administrative circulars and Operational circulars as required, are in progress.
