Building up a good Marie Sklodowska-Curie project and writing a successful proposal

Since January 2014, with the move to Horizon 2020, the Marie Curie Actions are called the Marie Sklodowska-Curie actions (MSCA).
Awarding €6.16 billion over the period 2014-2020, the MSCA support research training and career development focused on innovation skills.
There are MSCA grants for all stages of a researcher's career, from PhD candidates to highly experienced researchers, which encourage transnational, inter-sectoral and interdisciplinary mobility.
As the number of proposals submitted exceed by far the available budget, the EU retains only the best projects (less than 12% in the past).

To be successful in winning funding, it is necessary to understand early in the process what makes a good proposal, and to prepare the ground actively and well in advance, and that is what you will learn and apply in this course.
